RETURN , REFUND and EXCHANGE POLICY
Return/Exchange Guidelines
Exchange is possible using the steps listed below. Please make sure you have a unboxing video for any claims. If for any reason you are not happy with the product—color mismatch, dislike it—you are not eligible for a return or refund.

AS WE DON'T HAVE ANY REFUND POLICY FOR ANY COMPLETE ORDER
In order to initiate an exchange, you must pack the item you wish to return and send it to our Mumbai warehouse address. To ship the item, you must get in touch with your neighborhood courier. The shipping expenses for the same are yours to bear.
Our usual shipping charges are 70/-Rs, which you must pay us in order to exchanged items to you. Use Delivery or Speed Post if necessary. There will be additional costs.
If the preceding approach is acceptable to you, please contact us using Whatsapp. We will provide you with the warehouse address through WhatsApp at +91 99204 09239, after which you may proceed with the exchange.
It should be noted that the value of the exchange product must match or exceed the value of the returned goods. To stay up to date on tracking, the tracking slip needs to be shared as soon as it is shipped back to our warehouse.
Damages and problems
If the item is damaged or defective, or if you receive the incorrect item the same day you received the order, please record the entire opening of the package and get in touch with us right away. After watching the provided video, our team will examine it and take the appropriate action to send you a replacement and return any damaged or defective goods. A complete opening video of the package is essential to resolve any damage or incorrect item concerns.
Our customer service staff will confirm that the opening video you supplied complies with our regulations and let you know if your request has been approved or rejected. Please note any extra thread coming off doesn’t consider in defect ( PO: clothing material do have extra thread sometime)
Exclusions and non-refundable products
Some products that fall under the accessories category are not returnable.
Sadly, gift hampers and things on sale are not returnable.
Any products bought on sale are non-refundable, returned or exchanged.Returns
Refunds for unfulfilled orders will only be handled upon verification that the product was not delivered to you by courier company which may take 7-10 working days and that you chose to go with a refund rather than continue looking for another item.
After the processing confirmation date, refunds will be processed within 3-6 working days.
Note: If you don't follow our return guidelines, there might not be a refund or there might be a delay in processing your return.
